Buffalo Wild Wings

The service was HORRIBLE. The host ignored my group that was waiting for about 5 minutes to attend the people who had just walked in . I let her know we were here first and she continued to sit them first. Obviously they got served first and whatnot which is disappointing since my server took about 10min to even ask if we would like anything to drink. My group ordered 3 regular NON Alcoholic beverages. When they brought them out I started to drink and realized after drinking half of it, that it had Alcohol. It caught me by surprise since I never got ID to get an alcoholic beverage. When I asked my server what was the drink I got, they told me it’s an alcoholic beverage. They knew they had served alcohol and never ID . To top it off they charged me for the alcoholic drink I never asked for and charged me for the 3rd NON Alcoholic beverage I never got. The chicken wings came out with feathers, I told the waitress to change and she said that they are all like that, they don't wash it, they take it out of the package and put it in the fryer that way, and put sauce on it and it's ready for the table ???? we lost our appetite. All the employees are very friendly and super sincere, but the wings with feathers no gracias.

Service was good dining in but if you are placing your order to go or to pick up. be careful where they have your food anyone could pick up and walk out with your food which they did to us that were sitting here waiting for them to remake it.
