Food was good... the service could have been better. There was only one server but multiple employees just standing around. There was a wait when there were seats open . It was a good Applebee's experience overall but the service could've been better.
It was my daughter's birthday although it wasn't many diners there to begin with my mom and I still had to wait about 40 minutes to be served after they prepared my daughter's meal almost immediately. The server was awesome. To make up for the wait, the cook gave a complimentary meal of boneless barbecue wings that were too spicy with strange powder. The bottom line, is families are supposed to be able to eat together and enjoy the moment. It was our first time there at that location and last.
Took my mother in love here for her bday... the dishes were dirty , and the booth had hair everywhere. Very disappointing
