Buffalo Wild Wings

Was just there and wasn't impressed. Got there at about 7pm and it's Saturday. There were barely any people inside which seemed odd for this time on a Saturday. Seemed like the waitress was doing her best but when we got our food, my boneless wings were luke warm and the chicken on my wife's salad was the same. One of my flavors of wings looked like they just poured some sauce on it and sent it out. Not impressed. I would anticipate this location closing in the next couple years.

How this place hasn't lost its franchise here I don't know. When you walk in you may or may not be allowed to dine in, due to "staffing" issues some nights this facility will only allow carry out. Other nights you're forced to sit in the bar area and may or may not be dealing with the lone bartender trying to do it all. Not one single time have I seen a manager there to help staff or work tables, maybe they're cooking? I would think twice about eating here, yes the food is decent and usually hot, the service is what's causing so many issues.

I have been sitting here for nearly 2 hours and my only interaction with an employee was when my order was brought out. I don't know who my "server" is. I have completed my meal without a single check on how it was. No napkins provided, luckily I'm with my toddler and have baby wipes available. I'm guessing I will be accosted if i leave with my leftovers on the serving tray. This can't be a race thing as I see other minorities being served. Can't be a gender thing as I see other men being served. Can't be an out of sight thing as the two tables next to me have had service. Must just be plain BAD supervisor that customers are being ignored.
