Came here during Gen Con and had a lot of fun! Great decor and awesome service from our waiter. You can customize a few menu items to make them vegan and our waiter even checked the ingredient list for the free table bread to make sure it was vegan, which was very nice! The bread comes with olive oil and balsamic vinegar which was super good. Vegetarian options: Spaghetti without cheese and green beans without butter are both vegan.
Excellent food with huge portions. Make sure you come hungry. All four of our entrées Were amazing. The atmosphere is definitely unique. They were short staffed but who isn’t right now in the service industry so it’s easy to forgive them. Overall we still had great service despite the server being very busy. I definitely enjoyed this experience at Buca
