Brown's Chicken

It's been more than 15 years since I had Browns chicken.. I was excited to taste some good chicken unfortunately the fried chicken was so blend and it tasted and smell like burnt oil. So disappointing

The customer service was not very good here. The chicken was horrendously greasy and hard as if they gave me the last piece that had been sitting under the light for hours on end. I could not believe that they would have given any human being a piece of chicken like that, and actually had me pay for it. They totally ruined my appetite and my lunch! I definitely would not recommend this place and I would not be coming back!

I love fried chicken, and I have eaten it in many places. But I have never had my Jaw exercised like that. It felt like the Green beans I order were made from plastic, and the chicken was so hard I felt like I was eating a leather shoe. The service was basic, but too bad it was over shadowed by the lack of understanding of how to fry chicken. It seems they may have left it to fryer too long. So I threw it out and ordered the Italian beef. Come on guys, are you cooking old food? The beef which was dipped (mind you) was as rough as the chicken. I can't believe I didn't ask for my money back. I'm just hoping I can digest this by tomorrow. I also ordered the hot dog, the poor dears put a frozen pickle and tomatoes on my "hot" dog. Please, corporate, help!!!. This franchise needs training and help. Love you guys, but you lost a customer. Sorry.
