One of Salt Lake's best kept secrets. Located on the 2nd floor of 366 South state street downtown. An incredible array of great food on the menu with great service. No matter where you go nowadays it's hard to find that combination.. Connected is a great bar brewery Shades on State that makes interesting cocktails as weel as there own brews. Fun to drink and combine with your meal. I would highly recommend this location If you live or visit Utah.

After a couple cold ones at Shades Brewery, Ida hooked us up with some Brats and Choripans. The Choripan was so dope that I immediately had to look it up on Wikipedia. I learned that they're popular in El Salvador and Uruguay, and realized that the US is way behind on this one. Why did it take me 28 years in this country to come across one of these amazing sausages? I'm not sure but I'd like to thank Ida from the bottom of my heart for showing me the light. Great vibe, great food.
