Broad Street Oyster Company

After a long day at the beach we stopped here for dinner. The prices are not for the faint of heart, but the food is wonderful and somehow perfect after a day in the sun. Their famous Lobster Roll is generous, but not over filling. We had the warm version with butter, but their seasoned mayo was great on them too. The fish and chips was the largest piece of battered cod I've ever seen and perfectly flaky. They're fries are also strangely addictive... So crispy and light. The Baja Tacos were made with the same lovely cod and topped with nice fresh ingredients... Although there is really only so much you can do with fish tacos. We also had a dozen beautiful small oysters which were fresh and delicious, as well as their Pound of Mussels. The mussels were nicely seasoned and came with a white wine, garlic sauce that we wanted to pour over everything, but decided to dip into instead. Overall, we left well-fed and happy, though the $200 bill was a little painful. The restaurant also does not

Serve some delicious seafood quickly! Almost fully cooked and let the food shine. It's in a plaza area in Malibu, so you can grab a bite to eat here too. I ended up getting their lobster roll with melted butter, the lobster roll definitely shines with what they are known for and it shows. They currently only have outdoor seating, but have some heat lamps when it's a little cold. Check out this place if you're in Malibu.

When I arrived, the line was out the door. So I knew it was going to be worth the wait. I purchased the Lobster Roll sandwich with a slab of butter. To say it was delicious is an understatement. It was bomb diggity! One of the best lobster sandwiches I ever had. The lobster was fresh and the bread was toasty and seasoned. I can't say enough about this sandwich.
