Brick & Spoon - Orlando

I was greeted by the manager. I was then seated at the bar. Michael (bartender) was awesome with service and food suggestions. This was my first time at this brunch spot that was suggested to me by a friend. The food and service was awesome! I didn’t have to add salt or butter to the grits. It was just that good. I highly suggest the omelets. I will most certainly be returning.

The food and service was phenomenal. However not exactly the way we ordered. One was asked for a English muffin and got a biscuit. Other asked for. Over medium eggs and received over hard. Besides these minor issues it will not deter us from visiting again. I look forward to trying more of the menu

Not the environment I was expecting but the food and service will bring me back again and again. It’s a loud vibrant dining room lacking any unique or upscale vibe. You’ll be paying more than usual for the food and service but it will be worth every penny. It’s quite difficult to find parking at this particular location in Maitland but forgotten with the mimosa trio. While I was seated fast the service took longer than normal but I really didn’t mind because I could tell that Tomeeca had a sense of urgency and was busting her arse. The Bananas Foster French Toast was everything I hoped for from a Top Ten Travel & Leisure brunch spot and then some! While it sat in a ungodly brown sugar liquid those three pieces still maintained the crystallized crispy outer layer throughout. I ordered beignets and biscuits to go because I didn’t want the experience to end there.
