Have been wanting to come back to this place for a while since I have been once before a couple years back. Since busy as it used to be and always a line on weekend. Even though there is a line, we didn’t have to wait that long for a party of 2 and got seated within 15 min. The server was very attentive and friendly. We ordered the French dip which was juicy and full of flavour. I’d like to come back and try the other options on the menu as it’s a lovely little cafe in the neighbourhood
Everything I ordered was absolutely delicious! Kianna our server was every sweet and knowledgeable, she suggested the specials to which I had the “Raise and Shine” - a crafted espresso martini and it was absolutely delicious and refreshing. The scrambled eggs were cooked to perfection: light, fluffy and soft as I requested. The cheese grits were flavorful and cheesy. The main star of this course was the PANCAKES! The pancakes were perfectly cooked with crisp edges, fluffy center and warm throughout! I’ve never had pancakes that were so delightful in my life. Great service and extraordinary food, this restaurant is to die for. I can’t wait to come back soon.
We went for brunch and everything was delicious. The ingredients tasted very fresh and their portions are big so you really pay for what you get. They seems to be very popular because there was some wait and we got there really early. Also, make sure everyone from you party is there with you because is first come first served and your party must be complete by the time they sit you. If someone hasn’t arrived, they’ll make you wait until they arrive and they don’t have a virtual line, so you’ll be waiting in the middle of the restaurant until you are seated. The server was very attentive and polite. Would recommend!
