Editing this review as the mgr reached out immediately and addressed the situation. Seated quickly with menus but then no one came, got up and went to bar. Drinks taken and served immediately. Food order placed but never did get any chips/dip. Bartender was working nonstop alone doing the best she could.

Old Jose Pepper’s location In Briarcliff….great location, great looking menu, great drink menu, great looking food, just a problem with the final execution…don’t order any kind of steak there…tough, flavorful and pretty, but tough. Spend a little more…go ahead and even charge a bit more for that quality. Great looking restaurant, but please do something with your ceiling…it is sooo LOUD in there!! Can’t hear the person you are with. Lot’s of the times in the music there is a musician there or two…great. But it is just too loud in there…definitely don’t need that dj speaker in there at all. I hope y’all listen…many of us want to continue to go or return. Plate presentation is beautiful. Recommendations: ceviche and the guacamole are both delicious!! Change the steak and put some baffles or something on the ceilings and you will keep customers! Thanks for listening ????????‍♂️

Came here for Sunday Brunch. Our server was very friendly and have plenty of feedback on menu items and suggestions. The prices are a little higher than the standard Mexican restaurant. The portions are not huge. But the steak is very tasty and tender. The guacamole was fresh and spicy. And the chickarones came out popping and cracking. The taco shells were fried fresh. Dietary restrictions: Anything on the menu with a black dot on the menu CANNOT BE MADE GLUTEN FREE.
