Ate here while passing through. Great food. Good price. Good service. It's almost a hole in the wall atmosphere. Improvements could easily be made for dispensing the silverware (plastic forks, etc) which would improve cleanliness and appearance. Restrooms were pretty good. I would stop again for takeout.
Great BBQ, sauces, and sides! I got the Trailblazer - wanted to sample a wide variety of what they had to offer - and it was fantastic. It includes their brisket, pork, turkey, and sausage, 2 sides, and cornbread. The brisket has a nice smokey flavor and a tender texture. Good bark without being tough to chew through. Great by itself and with sauce. The hot sauce complimented the brisket well. The pork was also really good, and it was very juicy so it doesn't require any sauce. Finally, the sausage has a good heat to it, and a pleasant texture. I'm picky about sausage, but this was a winner. Definitely would try any of the meats next time I go. Overall, the hot sauce was my favorite sauce which has a good amount of heat, but if you're not as much a fan of spiciness, the hickory and others m
I am not a picky eater at all, but the food was nothing special. Especially for the price. The Texas sausage was the size of a midium size Italian sausage link on a regular cheap-like hotdog bun - almost $9.
