Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store

Went in to get an ice cream cone. While waiting looked around, should have taken pictures. It was so nasty. Food and trash all over the floors especially behind the counters. Waited a little longer and watched the girl scoop ice cream for someone without gloves, then rang them up and then went to scoop the next person's cone without washing hands after handling money or putting on gloves. This is nasty. We walked out of there.

We stood at the ice cream / food counter for over 15 minutes without service at all. We were the only people in line. The seats were with customers & their orders. The drive-thru was the only place being serviced ... busily. We only got short glances our way. CRICKETS!!! We looked at each other in disbelief & true frustration from being totally disregarded for the entirety of our attempted patronage. This is so wrong! No excuses for this treatment! SAD that no one ...NO ONE bothered to acknowledge our presence. This should never happen ... regardless of the circumstances. No excuses would suffice to explain such apathy in Braum management!

We went in with an order for 6. The Manager a young woman was so sharp and friendly. You packaged all the orders for the food separately and perfectly. The same with all the ice cream orders. We never experienced such pride in Customer Service!
