Braum's Ice Cream & Burger Restaurant

Must be a bad time of day, but I’m sorry, this chicken sandwich should have never been served. First off, they got my order wrong. Ordered a bag of cheeseburgers, 4 plain, 1 with ketchup (kids order) and a spicy chicken sandwich. Ended up getting the spicy chicken sandwhich and 2 1/4lb cheeseburgers, one plain and one with ketchup. Went back through the drive-thru and they said no worries, we’ll get you the other 3 burgers. Get through the line and get the burgers, but that was the problem, they were plain burgers and not cheese burgers! ????????‍♂️ at this point I made two of the kids split the 1/4lb cheeseburger. I then pull out the spicy chicken sandwich and take a bite, which I immediately spit out. What is this!?!? They should have never put this in the buns. Flat as a pancake and dryer than cardboard. Completely inedible!

Went through the drive thru and got a number 1 with fries. I burned my tongue on the burger. That's how hot and fresh it was. They got the order just right and did it fast. Every drive thru should take note!

Had an issue initially with peanuts in my chocolate shake. Since then I don't have any issues really maybe one or two pieces per shake. It should still be addressed and I could give 5 stars. Cross contamination of your items should be taken serious and the manager addressed my concerns. Thank you for doing that and I appreciate your effort. Location is getting better with adapting to medical needs.
