Mediocre, food has dramatically gone downhill. Dirty inside also. Food was cold and tasted off. Mac and cheese is not what is used to be.. cheese is just a slimy thin liquid sauce with overcooked noodles
Poor communication of store hours. I regularly drive there and the store is not open. They just post a notice on the door, but it screws up my day by an hour, and I have already taken orders for my coworkers, it's a huge problem. I tried calling several times to confirm they are open, before I leave, but the employees never pickup the telephone. Food is good, but the service is lousy. Would be helpful if they posted updated hours on google whenever they close early or adjust them, which is at least once every week or two.
love the meatloaf. Not many choices on side anymore...although they still had a good Mac and cheese
