Boomarang Diner Mustang

Ordered online because I’m getting over COVID. It said “if you want us to bring out to you, call us.” And there was a curbside button. I arrived 5 minutes early and called per the instructions. The girl I spoke with was rude and didn’t understand if I wanted to make an online order (over the phone?) or pick up one. I gave her my name and she said they would bring it out. 10 minutes later, nothing. So I called back. Someone else (thank goodness) picked up. I repeated the above. Hope let me know they don’t do that anymore for safety reasons. I understand that but had the website not said it would, I wouldn’t have ordered there. I asked Hope if she would make an exception since I was sick. Her manager approved her to leave it on the curb for me and I could get it the rest of the way. The food that had now sat there for a bit, was mildly warm, and not great. The two stars are for Hope who went out of her way to find a solution. We tried to eat there this morning; received drinks and a menu fairly promptly, then were ignored for the next 30 minutes! I asked the waitress once after about 10 minutes if she could take our order and she said "yes ma'am " & walked away. She proceeded to take other orders from people who arrived after us & delivering food. She never returned & averted her head as I passed her while leaving the restaurant
