The team that worked 9-22-22 were amazing even after dealing with a "Karen". They were so polite and definitely showed great customer service.

Just picked up an order I made online. Ordered 2 sandwiches, one with extra meat and sauce, one with no sauce and no tomato. Got the one sandwich that should have had the extra and no extra. The other sandwich had the extra meat and sauce and tomatoes. The sauce was spicy and ruined the sandwich for my wife. This isn't the first time I've ordered online here and gotten the wrong order. If I want subway again, I guess I should go in to order so I can watch them make it.

Dont know guys name that was working the afternoon shift but he needs to be trained on customerr service! I was told last week that when i order a veggie sandwich veggie patty to place it in the notes cause there is no other way to order, There isn't a way to order this online. When i went to pick up my order the guy refused to make it and told me i have to order it that way . Again i let him how i was told to order with specific instructions from the Manager of this very specific location and then he got ugly and wouldnt budge i even tried buying it and still he refused !!! I understand that there are people out there who try to be difficult to people who work customer service but I was not trying to be a difficult customer. I don't want this to be totally negative so I would like to give a big thumbs up to the young lady working the cash register and made sure I was taken care of....
