Bonchon National City

Tried to place a to go order over the phone about a week ago but was unsuccessful, this was around 1:00pm. I started speaking to a girl, and proceeded to give my order but then i needed clarify something on the menu so i told her to give me a moment. Then the line went blank and i couldn't hear anyone anymore..called back multiple times and no one answered..will not be back at this location anytime soon as apparently some of the employees can't do basic customer service. If you don't like taking orders over the phone or it's too hard, then switch your system around, rather being rude. It's too bad, because the food had been good so far.

Spent 68$ here in total, got wings and strips , the wings were fine but I bit into a strip that was just essentially cartilage and random like mystery meat? It was extremely off putting , also I paid 26 $ for these strips so I was expecting a different experience to say the least, needless to say I did not touch the rest of the strips . Wings were fine but the strips left me with such a bad experience I won’t be returning.

The fried chicken barely had any sauce on it. When I went back to ask for more sauce, she said they could no longer add sauce to it. The fried rice had no flavor.
