I placed the order last Wednesday March 31st for a 1 whole lechon belly to be picked up on April 4th at 12:30pm. We drove from Los Angeles to San Diego to pickup the order. We arrived at 12noon & noticed a lot of people are waiting in line. So I waited until 12:30pm but unfortunately a lady told people in line at 12:10 that they ran out of lechon belly & it will take another 45mins. I waited until 12:50pm & no lechon belly plus people are already agitated because they are waiting for their orders. People started not respecting the line so I lost my turn. I decided to leave empty handed. Management didn’t handle the crowd very well. They hide inside not telling everyone what’s going on plus management didn’t give a waiting number for everyone so that people doesn’t need to break in line just to ask the people inside the restaurant. Such a very bad experience & I won’t recommend this place at all. On our way home to Los Angeles Mike the owner called me apologizing for what happened. He e
