Bojangles

Perfect place if you want to be guaranteed a horrible experience. Been to this location many times because it is the closest to where I live. Without fail, they will always be rude to you. Especially if you order more than one item or have a question about their menu. Lines are usually long, they are quick to take your money though. This was the last time I will visit a bojangles. It’s okay to hate your job, but don’t take it out on others.

Today was my first time at this Bojangles location & it was a complete waste of time and money. I ordered a bacon-egg-cheese biscuit. When I got to the window I asked to add a bo-berry biscuit. The lady at the window said “you can’t add items at the window”. She didn’t ask me to pull up didn’t offer a different alternative. Then she proceeded to give me a very hard biscuit. Won’t be returning

The first incident was when my wife & I went to get (2) 3 wing snacks (we always get this from other locations) but my total was almost $19. When I asked the MOD she responded that they have to charge me for (2) 2pc & add a wing & they don't offer a 3 wing snack. I didn't have time to argue so I asked for a refund & she told me "No it's not my fault you don't know how to order your food..." so I just left & vowed not to return. Today my daughter wanted a sausage biscuit so against my first thought I stopped at this location. I ordered a sausage biscuit & a plain biscuit. I sat in the drive thru 20 minutes before going inside to see if I could pay for my food & leave. The same MOD was there again. I told her I was in the drive thru and just wanted to pay for my food she told me "No if you want it your way go to Burger King...". I promise he'll will freeze over before I ever go back to that location. You guys need to do a mystery shopper to see for yourselves. They're loud & rude, playi
