Bojangles

I have been to this location a couple of times to pick up an online order. They are always terribly slow inside and in the drive thru. This last time I went inside to pick up my food at the scheduled time it was supposed to be ready. The drive thru was all the way around the building, so I didn't want to wait since my food should have been done. I stood at the counter for about 10 minutes before someone acknowledged me. My food wasn't ready and she had to get everything (they were also out of some stuff). I know it's hard to find people to work these days, but it's kind of ridiculous that this location is always so slow. The most disturbing thing is that while I was waiting, I watched an older shaggy looking white guy, who was making biscuits (with no hair net) coughing all over everything in the back. This bojangles is terrible, always has been. I am the only person in line at 6a.m. First customer. The employee at the drive thru, who is completely rude, lets me know they have no biscuits!!!! Everything on your menu involves a biscuit. I POLITELY let her know I would run to wal mart and come back. 45 minutes later I get the same response that there are no biscuits. Terrible service! As I drive by the drive thru window to take my business elsewhere, the drive thru employee was sitting there playing on her phone, smiling as I passed by. Not only does her lazy behind need to be fired, management does as well because I grew up here and this same location claims to never have major menu items in stock/made/cooked. Owner really needs to rebuild this location.

This has to be the worst Bojangles in our area. We were told they had no chicken sandwiches at 12:30 pm. Why? Because no one bothered to cook the chicken. Yet I noticed that they had time to stand around and chat with each other. I will say that the cashier was apologetic,but that didn't change anything. This is not the first time this has happened. Management needs to step up and do their job.
