This was such a horrible experience. My lady had a craving for fried chicken and this was the clsoest to use so we went. The chicken was fried hard, the biscuits were like rocks...Literally. I even made a video hitting the biscuits on the counter at home to show just how hard they were. Then to to it off they forgot to add one of our sides. Wasn't worth driving back 20 minutes so we just trashed it all. Why would you serve something lime this to a customer if you yourself wouldnt eat it? Cuztomer service has gone down the drain. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THOS PLACE.
Staff was very polite and fast. Food was great. I live in AZ so Bojangles is a treat for me. Love this location. The seasoning on the frys is magic.
Called in an order to pick up on our way to tailgate for the UT game. Had everything ready when we got there. Asst Mgr. Payne double checked the order to make sure they got it right. Great service!!
