Bojangles

Closed before 10pm, yet says closes at 10? it’s currently 8:20 and doors locked. Tried to call prior to arriving to see what if dining room was open and their phone rang busy. Arrived and the worker is inside leaning on the counter looking at us try to doors and try to order food here. Why not turn out lights if you are closed early?

The drive-thru is way too slow I sat in the Drive-Thru for 1 hour and I couldn't even get my order right they made me pull over and get out of the drive-thru and park in their parking lot for another 20 minutes after I sat there and drive through for 40 minutes. Mayonnaise ketchup would have you and then they forget and don't do it give me a break service has gotten very sorry at fast food restaurants during this pandemic it's pathetic

I liked the food. It was fresh hot and delicious. That being said I had to wait 40 minutes in the drive thru.It was 5 pm on Sunday. They said it would be 12 minutes to cook 2 pieces of chicken. I asked why so long? They were not sure. Both the young lady and the young man were nice. After I finally got to the window they kinda was out of sight. Customer service was not very good.. I would have left like about 20 others but I couldn't get out of the line.Where was the managers? . If you have extra time to waste. Go to Bojangles.
