Bojangles

Can I give ZERO stars? After taking a few minutes to answer the drive thru mic, the young woman was laughing her way through asking what I wanted to order. When I ordered a Mac and cheese kids meal, she said “is that all” without asking what my side and drink choices were. When I asked for fries as my side, she asked me “if I had been to a bojangles before and ordered a kids Mac and cheese? And did I know they even had that?” When I said “it’s on the menu out here” she said “does it say a number, NO” in a very rude and condescending voice. At that point I pulled away from the restaurant, and I will not be returning. I hope the ownership sees this because they need to take a hard look at their employees and managers and change some things.

This place is awful… they walk around like they have attitudes, moving all slow and stuff! I will never EVER come back here. The girl fix the bun on my sandwich after she had her hand all in her pocket. Just nasty! Today is 6/13/22 @7:58pm

I. Love their Cajun filet biscuit and their tater rounds. But the service at this location sucks. A few times I've come by for breakfast during breakfast hours and they'd be closed. Most of the staff is rude. Unfortunately for me if I want a Cajun filet biscuit, it's the only location closest to me
