Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Fries tasted old. Tenders were little and not hot. I got ranch with my fried white cheddar bites instead of marinara sauce and I specifically said no ranch at all. I got honey mustard when I never asked for it. Only thing that was fresh and hot was the cheddar bites. One of my plates had no toast whatsoever. Just horrible for the money I spent.

Went to drive through and order white cheddar bites Large fries and a chicken finger plate the white cheddar bites where cold I asked if they could cook me some fresh ones they dumped them in greese and give them back to me and the tray was filled with the greese I handed them back and again asked for fresh ones they didn't give me my bbq sauce I paid for and no silver ware or napkins the chicken finger plate was even nasty I see why they had NO CUSTOMERS there I will NEVER go back there and wouldn't advise anyone else and the manger was very rude that place sucks

the manger here is so rude & she charging for extra sauce which I understand I don’t mind but I didn’t receive the sauce I was charged for so I payed $1 for no sauces disappointing makes the company look bad because they have people to lead but are rude and disrespectful
