Absolute worst experience. Instead of saying how can I help you? They said what you need. First of all. Then they didn't have the chicken I ordered or the sides that I wanted and instead of offering something different they were just trying to give me a refund plus the drinks smell like and taste like algae bloom. I'll never go back to this. Bojangles

Boberry biscuits were very fresh. Seasoned fries were stale & they also didn't fill my container up but 1/3 of it.. also, service was bad. They forgot I was waiting for food after being told to pull up. Waited 20 minutes, until I went inside and asked whats the hold up.

Every time i give them the benefit of the doubt…… my experience has been not the best… either they only taking cash or debit only, not both they don’t have everything that’s on the menu (they blame it on the truck Everytime) the employees always have an attitude all because of they woke up on the wrong side of the bed. They just need new management and a course or 2 on customer service. And yes i it’s early in the morning (5am) and i understand life happens but Everytime i visit! But it starts at the top meaning MANAGEMENT…. Then it trickles down to the employees.
