Boiling Point

I got the beef with medium spicy. You order downstairs and go upstairs to eat and pay. It was super hot upstairs and then eating hot soup. I wish they could blast the ac!

Let me start by saying the food was delicious. Lots of flavor and I recommend going for the spicy bowl. I got the beef bowl option. I'm not a fan of pork in any cuisine. Walking in yoi wouldn't know to get a ticket number there is no sign or instruction asking you to sign up for a dine -in table. We had to wait in line for 10 minutes, to go orders and then found out we need to get a ticket from an iPad at the door. Once we were notified by text the table was ready.... we had to order the food downstairs and pay for it like a to go order then walk upstairs to be seated and served. All the staff were great in helping serving welcoming. Thank you all for a great experience. The food get served hot, then they turn on the boiling pot flame. The servers come by with a pitcher of broth to refill the soup. Beware it is very hot and very delicious. Take your time eating you might burn your tongue. You must try the garlic bean paste. It was my favorite of the 3 bean paste being offered. Enjoy
