BOB'S SHAVED ICE

We used to come here at least two times a week. Then we had the ABSOLUTE worst experience here ever. I took my little boy here after he had his tonsils out. He loves these snow cones. We show up, he gets his rainbow snow cone & I ask for the spoon & straw and he tells me he doesn't have a spoon. WHAT? How are you supposed to eat a snow cone with out a spoon? Especially a little 4 year old boy that just had surgery and cant suck through a straw at this time. He said to use the "straw- spoon". WELL - that was less than 1" long at the end so we would get like barely anything on it. I asked for a refund and he told me no I wouldn't get one. This man is just really rude and unprofessional. Also, one day when I came here ( I tried to just forget about it, but - I will go ahead and say it now!) he was outside working in the "drain" in the ground - (hands wet and everything) and I showed up and he walked right in took my order - DIDNT WASH HIS HANDS or use gloves! I didn't eat that either.

There closed more then there open, sell it to someone that will open it in this heat of summer we are dealing with. This stand is such a big disappointment.
