BobbyG's Chicago Eatery & Sports Bar

This was the absolute worst pizza I have ever eaten and the customer service/waitress AND Manager were worst than the pizza!!! The deep dish pizza was over cooked/burnt bottom and we couldn't even it with a fork or a knife. When we advised the waitress Lucy nicely all she said was "I'll get your the manager"... we didn't ask for the manager.....she didn't apologize or anything! The manager came over and he was even less customer centric... we advised that both deep dish pizzas we ordered were burnt on the bottom along with the side crust.....the Mgr said, "That how we make it"... we stated that we have been here previously and the pizza was not burnt like this... He said we could make you another pizza and make it the same way....I said that doesn't make sense to send it out with a burnt crust again... If you can make us a non-burnt pizza and we'll take it... He obviously didn't provide a replacement pizza.... I ask why would you resend out another burnt pizza? He said that's how
