Yan's Cafe

Was very excited to have Chinese food that had flavor! We’ve been trying place after place and been disappointed until we tried Yan’s Cafe. It is take out only right now due to help shortages. I had the Kung Pao Chicken and one of my sons had the General Tso’s chicken and both had the pepper next to them to indicate spicy…. And they actually were! It’s been a long time since I’ve had any Kung Pao with a kick! My other son tried the Terriyaki chicken and he said that was very good too. Next time I’m near there I’m definitely stopping by for some more takeout!! We were in there about 2 weeks ago and just remembered to post review

jumped in to get a quick bite and hit the road again, guess what , they offer take out only even though the entire place is in shape with the capacity of having some guests sitting down, 3 stars for their attitude. very apologetic guys.

I can’t express in words how much I love this place. The food here is delicious! It’s literally at the top of my list for the best Chinese food. Especially the prawn egg foo young. I grew up eating egg foo young at various places around Chicago. My dad and I bonded and shared what was going on in our lives over egg foo young. So I know a few things and eaten this dish almost most of my life. This is the best. I order it with the prawn fried rice. Extra nice! Even though I no longer live in Atlanta I come to visit my mom and Yan’s is the first place I stop for take away. But it’s not only the food ???? the people are so nice ???? which is a cherry on top
