Came here after going out with my family. Niece 1 got cinnamon pancakes (wow, were those sweet but delicious!), Niece 2 got country fried steak dinner and sis and I got the chicken sandwiches. I picked up an order today from the Reynolds’s Road location in Toledo, OH at 11:40am today. I ordered online for curbside pick up. The order was supposed to be ready at 11:25am. I got there at 11:20am and called. Nobody answered the phone. I ended up going inside at 11:40am. I waited at the register for 5 minutes. Three different people walked by me and didn’t acknowledge me. Finally a heavy set Hispanic girl asked what I needed. I told her I had a curbside order and I’ve been waiting outside for 20 minutes and nobody would answer the phone. My order was sitting next to the register and she slammed it down and walked away. I did not deserve to be treated that way. The food was cold. Also, I left a tip when I ordered online. For what?
