Miller road location. Roughly 1030am, lobby was empty, and not many tables were filled. We waited 5 mins or so until someone acknowledged we were there. Once that happened, we were seated immediately. The table wasn't wiped down very well, and the edges were sticky. We also found old food on one of the chairs. The server was friendly and quickly took our drink order. We waited 10+ minutes before she returned with our drinks. She took our food order, food delivered maybe 20 mins later and was good. The bathroom did not have any soap. Overall, the staff was friendly and the food good, but no sense of urgency, especially on a slow day. Cleanliness just wasn't there, either.

1 hour 20 minutes for coffee and burgers! Never even got a refill on my $2.75 cup of coffee. We wondered why no one was there at peek dinner hour. We thought we could get in and out quickly, didn't happen, there were only 4 tables of customers at the time!!

The service was terrible. We sat for I don't know how long to order and get our drinks. We waited for a long time to get our food order in. All the silverware was dirty even had dried food on some of the silverware. There was my family which we had six people and three or four other tables. Our food came out different times. My wife food came out last which she had a BLT and it did not even have any Mayo on it. All they did was apologize did not even offer a discount. My mom had to go up to the front to get some more silverware which was dirty has well. My mom had to go up to the front counter ask about drink refills and jelly for toast.they did not even bring our check we had to go to the cashier and ask for our check.even the restrooms were very nasty and dirty.
