It wasn’t good. First of all the restaurant is STILL under construction, so there’s outside seating only, which was ok, but they could use some umbrellas as it was really hot sitting outside. I ordered an Italian sandwich, it only had about 3 slices of meat and that was it. The bread was beyond stale, and it seems like they knew it was stale too because they drenched the sandwich in Italian dressing, so the bread that wasn’t slimy from being soaked in Italian dressing was so stale it was chewy. The only reason I am giving them a second star is because my husband got a Reuben and he said it was “good”.

As a manager and an employee, I understand that a lot of businesses are understaffed and “critically injured”, however I do still believe in customer service excellence even when understaffed, especially being a local business. Not only was the female employee rude while taking my order, with having no patience for me to get my payment method, but when I asked for her name she gladly handed the phone over to the owner, who was not only rude in explaining why his employee was rude but was also telling me they are super busy and can’t handle the situation at hand. I was rudely hung up on and left speechless and baffled at how the owner himself handles his customers, if understaffed so critically maybe reconsider hours of operation or closing down till fully equipped with new staff who can handle being a customer friendly employee. Incredible how one day they’re staffed correctly and literally the next day they are “understaffed”. Was recommended by mom but will not be ordering here again

Soooo good every single time. Their burgers are ELITE and so are the Italian subs with the hot pepper relish … my favorite place for takeout YUMMM.. Honestly this is one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. Delivery comes quick, and they provide updates which is great. Also if you sign up for their online services, you can get $5 off coupons! I will be a lifetime customer ????
