Blue Honey Bistro

Came here as a party of 8 to celebrate my in-laws 50th anniversary. Words cannot express how amazing our experience was from beginning to end. Service from Glenn David was impeccable. The staff operates as a real team… each one of them treating all tables as if they are the most important table in the restaurant… all hands were on deck. And the food was so amazing… creative, delicious, pristinely executed, and beautifully plated… we are still sitting here at the table, and everyone is saying this was the best meal they have had in so long. Cheers to Blue Honey Bistro! Congratulations to Courtney and Drew. We can’t wait to come back when we are back in town for Christmas. Blue Honey is on the top of our Memphis/Germantown restaurant list!

Quaint setting, impeccable service, exquisitely prepared delicious food. Sets the standard for fine dining in the area. We highly recommend and will definitely be back.

Hard to explain the flavor being presented as it is so complex, but well maintained. It has been a long time since I have had something where every single component was masterfully prepared, while never taking away from the other ingredients. The best example of would be their most simple dish, the chicken sandwich. The sandwich is composed of ingriends that focus on the tastes of each next chew, without living behind quality. The chicken breast is a generous portion that would normally be dry in the center due to the thick cut, but that was not the case here and it was moist with a light breading that was not greasy or oily, but left you with a fresh crisp texture. The rest of the menu items continue this exemplary quality and flavor profiles. This is a definite must go to spot, well fit for fancy dates or upscale gatherings (though space is limit so call ahead for larger groups)
