Not what I remembered, I use to frequent Blue Hill Tavern all of the time prior to Covid but this was my first time back since Covid. Came in after work and sit at the bar I’ll Beyonce looked amazing per usual we started with a glass of wine and then proceeded to order our server was extremely kind and friendly. I started with a chopped salad and I will say that it was just as amazing as I remember followed by the French onion soup which I know is a new addition to the menu although the presentation was amazing and it was extremely hot which I love there was no taste. I am not a person that uses salt and I asked for salt and pepper to try to flavor it I was so disappointed. My friend had the pizza what she said was good as well as the chop salad, i’ll definitely come back but I was just super disappointed in a soup and I’ll try something different the next time I come back. The specialty cocktail was also really good.
The best part was the service! Bartenders are attentive and engaging. Made drinks very well and checked on us modestly. The food was not bad, but nothing to write home about. It's a nice atmosphere.. I will certainly return.
Such a wonderful lunch with amazing service! Our server, Kristen, made us feel so welcome and special and the food was delicious! The chef should really appreciate how Kristen elevated our experience to enhance the impeccably prepared food. Kristen should appreciate having a chef/kitchen that knows how to please the palate and the eyes. Vegetarian options: They have some delicious Vegetarian options. Parking: Street parking was available at the time we visited
