BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse

Zero stars. Not only was our server Dylan extremely scant. The quality of food presented was atrocious. BJ’s Brewhouse used to be known for good beer and great food. I am sad to say that their in house beer is now dredgewater and their food has unfortunately suffered a massive decrease in quality. I used to love going to BJ’s with friends after work just to enjoy the food. I understand that suppliers are suffering from quality and production issues. If you care about a brand you will keep the quality and increase the price. BJ’s has decided to decrease their quality to keep their menu pricing from going higher. This is the wrong move. I would not have been as aggravated if the service was there but the wait and time for food to be delivered to the table was excessive to the time of an hour. Neither was our server Dylan attendant to our drinks keeping them refilled. Avoid this BJ’s. It is not indicative of the standard that BJ’s has set out to provide.

Terrific Place, Great Food, Incredible Service. If I were you I’d ask for Jason ASAP, amazing server and overall nice human being. He went out of his way to make my family happy here, we appreciate it highly and will be coming back. 10/10 definitely recommend the Bistro Burger and Root Beer, amazing experience.

Dinner was fantastic here there was about a 10 min wait to get a table, which isn’t bad for dinner, our server Mikayla was very helpful kind and awesome I did get a ribeye steak asked for medium rare. It was overcooked with no pink in the center, I did mention it to my server and they took it back and made another one. Our server was apologetic but I reassured there was no reason to be. After the second steak came out it was perfect for me. I would definitely go back and highly recommend. Thank you for the good service and tasty food.
