Bistro Peru

First time trying their food even tho we did not dine in but rather placed an order to go. I can say hands down excellent food, friendly staff and very nice environment. They place a little side dish of corn (Canchita) while we waited for the food.. This to me was like the cherry on top as it made me feel like a restaurant back home (Peru) we ordered Tallarines verdes, lomo saltado, salchipapa, arroz chaufa mix and Tallarin saltado and a real lúcuma ice cream.. everything was delicious! Let me just say it. I'm happy that there's more of a variety in DTS, but this food is just okay. I'll be real. I've eaten a lot of Peruvian food and this is just okay. The ceviche I was given I feel did not spend enough time in the lime juice so it was really raw. I asked for spice. It was not spicy and the lomo was dry, like Popeyes biscuit with no drink dry. I might give them another chance but I don't know. I wish them luck. They did just open so they might be working out the kinks but the chef is supposedly pretty established.
