Big Mamma’s Burritos

poor customer service and got my order wrong. The employee working was clearly in a bad mood, calling me out for not placing my order with my friend’s (said in a judgemental way, not in a kidding way) (I had not decided what I wanted yet). I told him I didn’t have to order then and he said that made “no sense”. Actually, the attitude made no sense. Got my food which included enough salsa for literally 3 chips and my order did not come with the promised chipotle ranch. Overall very disappointing and will not be returning.

This was my last time, food cold and for $9 the burrito was small....way smaller than chipotle and for $6 the baby burrito was the size of a big egg roll. Too many better options for the money. All around not good

Was so excited to pass this location as I’ve always had a great experience at the Athens location. I love the loaded burrito, but unfortunately today it came out cold, dry, and had zero flavor. Very disappointed with this experience, it was definitely a waste of money. Hope management can revamp this place!
