Big Dave's Cheesesteaks

Drove pretty far to try Big Dave's. Pretty underwhelming to say the least. Got 3 items, one being the beef fries Dave's way, pretty dissapointed. The fries are seasoned fries so with the added beef and cheese, it tasted like a salt cube. Took away from the bellpeppers and onions which was very little and I found no sweet peppers, mushrooms, or banana peppers. I did pay $2 extra for Dave's way (if there was any, could not tell). The beef sandwhich was pretty basic, nothing to rave over, couldn't figure out what the 3 cheeses look like as we only saw the nacho cheese type cheese. The steak eggroll is what I really came for. They were the best thing purchased. They can have the sweet and sour sauce because it takes away from the beef cheesesteak, not sure if they have any other dipping sauces for it. All in all the hype is in the eggrolls, the rest they can keep. Service was great, they greeted everyone who came in and they all looked friendly.

My partner and I used to LOVE Big Dave’s!! We used to go to the spot next to the gas station, and have gone to their newest location twice. The last time we went and order in store at 11:30am, they were out of ALL egg rolls, and we waited over forty minutes, the food wasn’t good the last time. We wanted to give it another try!!! Order through UBEREATS, spent 123$ for two cheese steaks, 1 egg roll, two fries, and 20 wings. Not only were the sandwiches not wrapped in any foil to keep it hot, one of the sandwiches was completely wrong. I received ZERO wings and no fries, but they added the 5 blue cheese I ordered?? Egg roll was cold. Sandwich in picture has so much mustard on it, that the mustard is hard now. It’s really a disappointment.

One of my favorite go to spots! The food is always good and the customer service is exceptional. Every time we go we order wings, cheese steak, and egg rolls! I’ve never had a bad experience.
