Big Aloha's Aliʻi Cove Restaurant

Been meaning to try this place for a while now and finally got to today. Just be sure to double check their hours/schedule before going! I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the owners are really friendly. The food is delicious with my only complaints is the parking which isn't horrible but annoying and the other is the rice. It was a tad undercooked but still edible. Chicken katsu and the spicy pork is very delicious and I would recommend. Wanted to try their Spam musubi but, just to note, have a different menu for Saturdays compared to the other days. No biggie. I'll just have to come back during the week when they're open. They do this for delicious sounding breakfast items to be on the menu in lieu of weekday items. I might have go back on a Saturday again so that I can try them. Overall, check this place out! Shout out to the owners!

I got the pick 2 meats meal and it was so good! There’s lots of places to get great Texas barbecue but very few to get amazing and authentic Hawaiian barbecue. Owner was very friendly and helpful! Inside of the restaurant was very clean and I loved all the decoration. I’m happy they also had spam musubi! I can’t wait to go back and try more things. ☺️

This unassuming hidden gem tucked away in an old strip center left me grinning from ear to ear. My experience was awesome. When I walked through the doors there was a flood of Air Force personnel stacked in a fast paced line heading to order(1st sign this would be good). I ordered the Katsu chicken, Teri Beef, & spam masubi. I ordered my Lunch Togo and before I knew it a booming voice seemingly out of Moana called my name with a familiar star wars moniker attached (made my day). This announcer was clearly one of the owners he was a cool dude. I haven’t been to Hawaii but if the food is anything close to what I had today then I’ll have to add it to my list.
