Ben's Soft Pretzels

Ben's Pretzel located at 1100 5th, Hammond, was amazing. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I had there pepperoni pretzel for lunch and I took home a meatball pocket with me for dinner. Make sure to go try them. They have a verity of items to choose from. I liked their catchy saying. Have a pretzel day!!

Updated review 10/16/2020: this location has really gone downhill in the customer service department. Went there recently, and according to their hours they were supposed to close at 9 (we were there around 645). We stepped up and asked the employee if we could get some pretzel sticks made fresh. His response: "No you may not!! I'm about to close in 10 minutes." My Fiancé and I were so taken aback by this guy's very rude response! I've worked in customer service for over 10 years, and I never would have responded so rudely to a customer! Also, they rarely seem to actually stay open until their posted business hours, so keep that in mind if you choose to give them your business. Love Ben's pretzels! Best soft pretzel chain. The staff at this location are always nice and accomadating, especially Sue, she's the best!
