Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Had Popeyes waited a long time in drive thru. Once we got up to speaker to ordered we were told it would be a 15-20 minute wait on the chicken. Finally got our order and they forgot our red beans and rice. Disappointed. Plus your prices are up and the side orders are getting smaller. They are not even filling them all the way. For a family of 4 how do you split a half an order of red beans and rice? Someone goes without. That's not right! And then some of us are still hungry. Disappointed in Popeyes.

Only 2 people working and had a huge line. I did not mind waiting but they need more help at this location because it took forever. The food was good and made fresh which I appreciated. They did not give us utensils or napkins so had to wait again to get those. The southern rice was bland and but tasty at all. I would definitely come back just wish they had more employees to make the more bearable.

They are lacking in the cleanliness department. Tables were left with crumbs and food. The table I thought was okay had pop spilled on the bench seat which we didn't see in time for my husband to avoid sitting on it. Gross ???? Chicken was okay but they only had spicy. Beans and rice was skimpy on both. Popeyes used to be better.
