I'd give around 3.5 stars for the spare ribs. I had full rack of spare ribs for dine in. In my opinion, the overall execution is perfect - all you want in BBQ ribs - fall of the bone, membrane removed. Ribs looks beautiful but that's the extent of it. Taste is its downfall. The meat tasted like nothing, which is very sad. It relies heavily on the sauces. Even if you add the sauce, once the taste of the sauce passes, you'd again taste the "empty" rib meat. Service was okay.

My wife and stopped in at the BBQ&Craft Company for dinner. I’m so happy that I decided to eat dinner here. Elgyn, our waiter greeted us with a big smile and seated us at a nice booth. I started with a good local craft beer. Both my wife and I ordered the Miami Spice Combo, 3 meats, a starter and a side with choice of dessert. Highly recommended. I ordered the wedge blue cheese, cherry tomato salad to start. I’m not much of a salad guy but let me say, this was the best salad I’m eaten in the last 10 years. I absolutely loved it. For the main course I ordered ribs, brisket and the pork belly. Elgyn brought us a box with 6 different options for sauces. The ribs were tender and tasty, I used the hot spicy BBQ sauce. The pork belly was extremely good. Not many places offer pork belly. It was cooked to perfection with a kind of sweet BBQ sauce. I am a fan of brisket, and this was one of the best, most tender, juicy pieces of brisket I have ever eaten. The owner, Anthony stopped by out table

Anthony, the owner, and a class act, has himself some delicious BBQ with a real hospitable environment. The brisket, cheddar sausage, spare ribs, and pork belly were all spot on perfect. Awesome selection of homemade BBQ sauces to pair up with the meats as well. You know it’s going to be a great meal when the pit master himself is standing over the smoker, welcoming in the customers with a smile on his face. Highly recommend for high quality smoked meats.
