bb.q Chicken Arlington

I tried this place out for the first time yesterday, and wanted to see if it tasted the same as Korea. As soon as I arrived they seated us for a table of 7 pretty fast but we had to wait a bit because this place was kind of busy in the afternoon. We ordered their original, yangnyam, galbi and honey garlic and it was SO good. Tastes the same and the experience was great too. The waitstaff was nice and attentive too. The only thing that was weird was the 18% gratuity but honestly I didn't mind it once I read the sign. They were out of some of the items as well, like the takoyaki and calamari. Even though with these small flaws we will be returning! P.S. they have almost every soju flavor imaginable (except lychee)

Very tacky tactics they use! They automatically charge an 18% gratuity for done one but they do not have true waiters/waitresses. They don’t offer drink refills and when you need service , you have to push a button on the table on which they don’t respond to so you definitely have to press it more than once. They place a tacky sign explaining “because customers don’t tip we charge 18%”. The A/C and fans are blowing so hard, the atmosphere is not what it used to be. The decline of this place is imminent. They are everywhere in the east coast but this is a new concept to Texans so I’ll be patient for the market to grow with legit Korean fried chicken spots cause this one fell and bumped it’s head! Overpriced and lazy menu… remember this review and mark my words friends

Spicy Galbi wings were INCREDIBLE ! The Gangnam were ok not bad but wish I would have ordered more of the spicy galbi. Love the service button so you only bug the waitress when you need something and they don’t have to check up on you. No wait times. Crispy flavorful chicken.
