Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

My boss took three of us out to lunch this day. Service was very good, not too overbearing nor neglectful. The food was delicious. My shrimp scampi lunch serving was more than enough to fill me up. My companions also liked their food. Like Red Lobster, the food is consistently good from day to day and restaurant to restaurant. I've gone from not caring for the restaurant to enjoying just the thought of having lunch there. Service sometimes leaves something to be desired, but this day was very good.

"No soup and half a salad" Whoever this franchise owner is should be disappointed in their service quality. If workers actually got off their phones maybe they would actually get the order correctly. If you can mess up soup and salad why would anyone trust you with the rest of the menu. Ordered chicken gnocchi they bring the wrong soup out twice and then don't bring nothing out at all. The children finish eat and we are about to leave after 45 mins of waiting then they finally bring out a tiny soup for what we are already leaving. I've never been so disappointed in a restaurant ever. Easiest thing on your menu too. How incompetent do you have to be to mess this up.
