Zero stars a thing? No? Then I guess I’ll give this place 1 star if I must. First, I made a reservation, which had I know earlier, I wouldn’t have done; they make you pay to reserve a table. Ok, cool I guess, but when I showed up to check-in, there was no one to greet or seat guests, so I just found a random table and sat myself and my party. When we old them we had a reservation, we were met with a shrug from a waiter. We waited around 30 minutes for someone to take our order, and even then we had to flag someone down to do it. While the food wasn’t too bad, overall customer service was awful. Do better Bar Zia.
Drinks were solid... Food was good, but bottom line... Latin Dancing was incredible!! Great DJ! ???? Several reserve areas for your private party. Enjoy!
Came for dinner and drinks before the show. They seem to be severely short staff. Food smells amazing... Not sure if I'll be able to order before I leave. Been here 20 mins and still waiting to order a drink from the bar. Reading through the reviews, I'm noticing a trend for Sundays. Low-no service, food is good.
