Bao Chinese Gourmet

The food was great! Ordered pickup and more than satisfied. Cooked well and tasted better than most Chinese restaurants around the area (in my opinion). Black milk tea hittt.

I’d rate no stars if I could. I called and kindly said hi. I’d like to place an order for delivery… and right away the guy on the phone sighed It was like where do you live and I’m like do not deliver? He’s like yeah only to certain areas. I was like OK well I’m in Bartlett. I’m only a mile away. He’s like OK. What do you want so I asked if I have lunch specials he told me yes and I said I wanted to order lunch special and then he stopped me and said we have a minimum and delivery I was like it’s $10 right? He laughs at me. I thought point I was done I felt very insulted. I was going to order more of course lol but that was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had on the phone in such a short amount of time. Shame on them.

Easy online ordering. Order is always accurate. A nice dine in setup as well. The food is really good, not overly salty like some chinese places. Bigger shrimp than you get at a seafood franchise.
