Banditos Tacos & Tequila - Towson

Atmosphere and waiter were fantastic. Wish I could say the same about food. Nachos were way too salty and all of the cheese was in the bottom of the plate. Shrimp taco had 2 small, COLD shrimp and shrimp burrito was also very skimpy on the shrimp! Huge (yummy otherwise) burrito with only about 4 shrimp. Very overpriced for the ungenerous portions.

great drinks! food is good but of course not 100% authentic. I do wish they had salsas for tacos. server was awesome, she was very quick and helpful. beans and rice is okay and al pastor tacos are very good.

Was excited to try something new. The atmosphere is nice (brand new, just opened). The service was fast. The food not worth it. Prices are somewhat high not a problem if the quality was parallel to it. Got the chicken bowl and coming to table it looked like a pile of stuff thrown on top of each other. Taste not the worst but as you started to eat the food it all became so mixed that I couldn’t tell the difference between the beans rice lettuce and cheese. ( might as well have blended it up and drank it) the taco was not bad expect the chicken one was awful. The taste of it was just something not worth continuing to eat . Also the happy hour menu nothing special and $11 for a marg that’s 80 percent ice (at least that’s what it felt like) not worth it one bit. Forced to tip of course since primarily for the service (if I had to tip the food it would not get a single dollar) overall do not recommend. One the border and even papis tacos is way better.
