Best sushi place in town with cool ambience! They have vegetarian options and Green Machine Sushi roll is the best. Little disappointed with shishito peppers as they were not cooked properly.
Amazing food with a wide selection of high quality sushi and other dishes. One of my favorite restaurants in Oregon, and I very highly recommend visiting this place if you are interested or are passing by. It may be a little spendy depending on your usual budget.
I wish I could give them 5 stars, but it seems the pandemic and other economic factors have affected their staffing and quality & freshness of ingredients. Bamboo is a staple of high-quality sushi in Portland, serving traditional and modern dishes in a relaxed atmosphere.
