Bailey's Restaurant & Bar

Came in tonight Wednesday 7/26 and the bartender was absolutely terrible. It was slow and she was so rude to all do the customers and over charged us. She was by far one of the worst bartenders i have ever encountered and i work in the industry. She was either drunk or on something because she was very out of it. The server was terrible as well. The only good part about our experience was the very sweet bar back who was going above and beyond to take care of customers. My boyfriend and i love baileys and typically get good service but this bartender tonight was terrible.

This review is all for the service. Never been treated such a way. Walked up and grabbed a table outside, waited 10 minutes and went in to let them know we were seated outside to which we were told someone would be out in a bit to get our orders. 30 minutes later another group sits at a table a few away from us and gets service immediately. We politely turned around and stated we had been waiting 40 minutes with no service the server then states “and you’re still sitting there?!” We got up and left, and never will be returning. Can’t believe we were spoken to like that. Letting everyone I know this is not a place to go! This behavior needs to be addressed by management. Absolutely unacceptable.

I ordered the pulled pork burger, which was very good, as were the onion rings. However, the service was a bit slow and I had to go over to the bar to collect my cup of ranch. Then, I ordered Mac n’ Cheese and it never came out. So I tried again with a different server. She finally brought it out. This was about 20 minutes after the first time I ordered it. Slow service, but otherwise the food was very satiating.
