Truly exceptional service. Table was ready 15 minutes before reservation. Everyone was super nice. We ordered Dry Aged NY Strip, Tomahawk and Bone-In Ribeye. All were perfectly cooked and full of flavor. Finished dinner with a strawberry shortcake. Would highly recommend.
Beautiful BEAUTIFUL place...HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE (mostly attitude based) !!! I had a horrible time being a first timer to the primal cut... Me and my overworking husband went out on a first date after months... Firstly, my husband was offended because the server asked were we SHARING A MEAL, felt like we didn't belong... we ALWAYS frequent steakhouses... Well, here at Primal cut, they charbroiled the WHOLE STEAK... front lady came over and told us sternly, loudly and pointing her finger at us and the food, "well, that's how you ordered it, these steaks cost us too much money to replace, im gonna have to argue with the kitchen and they won't re-do this one... yea Ms your steak is burnt, but your husband's wasn't as bad they won't redo his, shouldn't order it like that" Blah blah on and on repeating it loudly...Look at how black the bone is on the pic, the char was definitely all over the steak......
